I ordered online and received a call back from Betty that I had forgotten to leave my name on the card! She graciously added it to the order. Then I realized that the funeral home had two locations, and I wasn't sure which one was hosting the funeral. Being out of state and unable to attend, I called Betty and she knew the location. Great customer service and follow through - I will definitely use Deason's again! :)
